We offer the use of GAF HDZ Lifetime or TAMKO TITAN shingles on all of the asphalt shingle roofs that we install.  We also install ice and water shield on all gutter edges, valleys and any low pitch roof deck.  We use synthetic roof underlayment paper to cover the remainder of any roof decking.  We install new step flashing when needed, all pipe boots are replaced along with the new shingles and all new drip edges are installed to the entire perimeter of the roof deck.  We use a cobra style ridge vent on the peaks of the roof and cover it with a matching shingle cap.  All necessary caulking is applied where needed.

We can install a curb mounted skylight or a deck mounted skylight, whatever the situation calls for.   When installing new skylights, we use only the best brand name windows made by Velux and the proper flashing kit that is needed depending on which skylight is chosen.  When it comes to skylights it is never a good idea to try and reuse the old window and re-install it with the new roof.  It has seals that have been exposed to the weather for as long as the roof has been installed and most likely it will turn out to be the first thing to give you issues with your new roof.  Today's skylights are virtually leakproof when properly installed and will more than outlast the new shingles installed and will give you years of problem free worry.

 We remove and install glue down rubber roofing systems.  We use 0.60 10'x50' rolls of rubber.  All products used are made by Carlisle.  We offer the use of Iso or Fiberboard insulation that gets fastened down with screws and insulation plates.  We use the proper bonding to glue down the rubber to the insulation boards.  We use primer and seam tape on all laps on the rubber roof and place all patches where needed.  New single bend drip edges are installed to all gutter edges and slag stop metal is installed to any other side because it contains a special lip that holds the water on the roof and directs it to the gutter edges.

Before any roof coating is applied, we place tarps around the work area and scrape all loose coating/debris off of the existing surface. We apply roofing cement and membrane to anything that needs to be patched.  We apply Silver seal 700 aluminum fibered roof coating to all of our coating jobs.  We hand brush the coating onto the edges, and we use a 10"  brush head to hand brush all of the Aluminum roof coating onto the properly prepped surface.  

We install 5" and 6" seamless gutters /downspouts and only use hidden hangers with one placed every 2' apart and screwed into the face board.  All of the proper sealants are applied at any joints, end caps and outlets.  All downspouts and elbows are held together with matching zip screws and all downspouts have cleats installed to properly secure them to the outside walls.  

Our gutter cleaning crew can handle any job no matter how large or small.  We clean them from the roof or from the use of ladders depending on what the job requires.  Cost depends on the size of the gutters, the amount of debris, height from the ground and accessibility.

No project is too small!  Don't get rid of the shed because it needs a new roof.  We remove the old shingles leaving you with a brand-new yard attraction.  We install all new drip edges, and we install a layer of synthetic roof underlayment between the roof deck and the new shingles.

We can fix any wood project.  No job is too big!  After the old wood is removed plywood clips are installed between each rafter and the proper thickness of wood is installed with 8d coated strip nails.  We also repair/replace rafters and fascia boards when it is necessary.
