Maverick roofing is a Professional Residential Roofing Company that removes and installs new asphalt shingle roofs and rubber roofs.  We use quality GAF shingles or TAMKO TITAN shingles and Carlisle rubber products on every roof we install.  We offer a 5 Year Warranty on all workmanship to every roof that we install as well.  We do more than just new roofs, please check out our services section. 

We do not sub-contract out any of our work to any other contractors.  Owner Bret Addlesberger is on the job site at all times.  Working side by side with the employees and does all of the important work himself (such as chimneys, pipes etc.).  We take pride in each and every single job that we take on.  All communication will be with the owner of the company.  

Have a roof leak?  We have the knowledge and the skills to figure out the problem and, in most cases, we can perform the repair in that same visit.   We have a very high success rate when it comes to finding roof leaks.  We take pictures of the problems so that we can explain it to your easier. Honesty is one of our best qualities and if a repair will not hold up we will show you why. 

Weather caused structural issues?   We can fix whatever the storms leave behind.  We have experience with wood working and we can rebuild any areas that have been damaged by tree limbs or mother nature.  Need new Fascia Metal.  We offer Custom Metal work!  Flashing, Counter-flashing, Fascia, Step-flashing, Chimneys. and Trim work. We have smaller crews so the attention to detail does not get overlooked.    Clean up is an important part of the job that does not get overlooked. We run heavy magnets to get the nails that may have fallen.  Pictures are taken to show you exactly what we are seeing.  This makes it easier to explain and answer all of your questions.  You will deal with the owner Bret Addlesberger for the entire job so that no detail is mistaken.

  I have used Maverick Roofing on three residential properties that I personally lived in over the years. Bret, the owner, was always very responsive, replying to my concerns within minutes or hours. His work is professional and clean. He has repaired my roofs several times when other roofers could not find the problem and he usually repaired it the next day. I like the idea of the owner being on site and not leaving the responsibility to an underling. His fees were fair and affordable.
